Nature Outfitters is excited to offer the DYNO Auto Belay annual service per the manufacturers (Arrestyd) guidelines. Our techs are certified by the manufacturer to perform this service and inspection.
What's Included?
1. Annual Inspection
2. Minor parts replacement (springs/screws)
3. Return Shipping -(INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The customer will be responsible for any extra shipping, import tax, and duty expenses that may arise.)
4. Finalized Annual Inspection Report and certificate
***The customer will be notified upon inspection. Additional charges will apply for any major replacement parts not included in the service. ***
How it Works (Instructions)
1. If your DYNO Auto Belay unit is due or soon to be due for service, add this service item to your cart.
*Please note that the quantity box corresponds to the amount of DYNO Auto Belays that need to be serviced. Ex. QTY 1= 1 DYNO Auto Belay
2.Proceed to check out and complete the check out process.
3. You'll receive a confirmation email as well as Cognito PDF form which needs to be completed and printed out prior to shipping your unit. Shipping instructions on where to send your auto belay for service are on the Cognito form, unless instructed to ship it to one of our regional offices for service during peak season.
4. We ask that you pay the shipping cost to get your unit to us, and we will cover return shipping (see note above about international shipping). Ship the DYNO Auto Belay(s) to us with a copy of the Cognito form (both pages please) and we'll ship it back once complete. You will also receive a Certificate of Completion form the manufacturer via email once your service has been completed.
