Standard Returns
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team.
Special Orders
- Special order items are eligible for return or exchange but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items must still meet the standard return conditions listed above.
Custom Orders
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
- Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Rejected refunds will result in product being shipped back to the individual who initiated the refund request, at their expense.
