Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team.

Special Orders

  • Special order items are eligible for return or exchange but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Items must still meet the standard return conditions listed above.

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Rejected refunds will result in product being shipped back to the individual who initiated the refund request, at their expense.
