Description
- Represents the most advanced design work to blend form and function together into a new shear reduction pulley.
- The main frame, back up shield and axle are manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
- The 4” diameter heat treated 6061 T6 aluminum sheave is pared from any excess weight while the stainless frame surrounds the sheave with minimal surface contact.
- The stainless steel axle supports the assembly and gives The Stargate its 12,000 Lb. rating.
- Unlike other designs, the Stargate’s helix wheel can be rotated 180 degrees in the field to extend its useful life.
